Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a client service environment.

• Able to learn quickly, think critically, and elevate issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes client systems and requirements to determine solutions.
• Performs basic configuration to support clients and advise on best practices.
• Partners to validate system performance and ensure intended functions.
• Owns high-touch client relationships and manages SLAs for technical products.
• Supports project planning and cross-team collaboration for issue resolution.
• Provides product support and troubleshooting across environments and OS.
