Job summary

ADP is seeking a NAS Technical Product Consultant I to assist client admins and practitioners in managing performance, compensation, succession and learning products. You will engage client leaders to plan, test and deploy configured product versions.

In Client Services, you will help ensure client satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing inquiries and driving effective solutions. Strong CRM and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve client issues using CRM systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to data, code errors, performance, environment, or third-party systems.
• Proactively engage with client to ensure satisfaction, issue resolution and retention.
• Handle inbound client queue to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify potential issues in design.
• Lead pre, in, and post-cycle client meetings to drive on-time delivery.
• Maintain client partnership history in CRM.
• Manage lab hardware/software; load client data for testing.
• Submit incident/enhancement requests to Development for prioritization.
• Participate in projects to evaluate applications and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Collaborate with Implementation, technical services, project services, product and development teams.
