Job summary

NAS is seeking a NAS Technical Product Consultant I to analyze client systems, conduct needs assessments, and develop design and reporting documents. The role covers configuration, validation, and proactive client service, acting as the main technical liaison during implementations and complex projects.

The candidate will support multiple environments, engage with clients to ensure SLAs are met, and collaborate with project teams for successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a client service environment.
• Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.
• Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and elevate to the appropriate level.
• Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations.
• Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Strong client/admin service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Analysis & Consultation: Analyzes existing client systems, interface requirements, business processes, and operations needs to determine client needs and appropriate solutions.
• Configuration & Integration: Performs basic system configuration to support new and existing clients and consults with clients on configuration efforts.
• Validation: Partners with Project Services to leverage validation tools to ensure the system will perform its functions.
• Client Service: Manages high-touch customer relationships and acts as single point-of-contact for issues and SLAs.
• Project Planning: Works with Implementation and Project Services to document issues and risks and help resolve them.
• Product Support: Troubleshoots across environments and OSes and guides users on actions, escalating when needed.
