Job summary
TGT Global is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager in the Philippines to serve as the bridge between Partner Success Managers, partners, product, and development. You will lead onboarding, enablement, and platform adoption to drive partner success.
You will coordinate training and adoption, deliver best practices, and support automation initiatives while liaising with Success, Product, and Development teams. Position is based in Eastwood with Night Shift. 100% virtual recruitment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles.
- Experience with MSPs, SaaS, IT automation environments.
- Experience onboarding, enablement or implementation programs.
- Experience presenting to technical and business stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of PSA, ITSM, automation, and AI-driven service management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead partner onboarding, implementation, and platform adoption.
- Facilitate kickoff, planning, and onboarding sessions.
- Ensure successful transition to ongoing success management.
- Deliver training, best practices, and adoption guidance.
- Coordinate escalation and align with product and success teams.
