Job summary

TGT Global is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive multi-site operations and partner with global clients. You will build and lead teams, spearhead workforce planning, and manage escalations and reviews to deliver exceptional service.

This leadership role requires strong stakeholder management, execution of process improvements, and collaboration across IT, Facilities, HR, and Finance to ensure business continuity. On-site work at BGC or Eastwood is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations leadership in a BPO or outsourcing setting.
• Experience leading Operations Managers or multi-site teams.
• Strong background in service delivery, workforce planning, and operational performance.
• Proven ability to manage global clients, escalations, and business reviews.
• Experience driving process improvements, compliance, and people leadership.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations to meet service delivery, SLA, quality, and performance targets.
• Coach and develop Operations Managers; drive workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Build strong client partnerships and lead business reviews.
• Manage major client escalations and translate needs into operational solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, HR, Finance to maintain stability and continuity.
• Strengthen IT, Facilities, and Operations coordination across teams.
