Job summary

Qualfon in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Partner, Training and Development: Upskilling and Enablement. You will create, execute, and support training initiatives that impact the client’s organization and frontline teams, ensuring they are well-informed and performing at their best.

This role builds virtual relationships while evaluating on-site programs and developing training content for partners. You’ll analyze trends, collaborate with leadership, and develop train-the-trainer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Three or more years in a related field.
• Two or more years in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Remote teamwork experience and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with training initiatives and leadership communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, support, and guide training initiatives across the client’s organization.
• Analyze training trends and develop strategies to enhance training performance.
• Develop train-the-trainer sessions, videos, and updated training materials.
• Respond to emails from internal and external partners and manage communications.
• Observe training sessions and provide actionable feedback to align with customer experience.
• Collaborate with training leadership and field/operations teams.
• Build and nurture partner relationships and ensure content is up-to-date.
