Job summary

Apollo.io in Manila, Philippines seeks a Senior GTM Enablement Specialist to lead our end-to-end onboarding and education for the Support organization. You will design, execute, and measure a 6-week onboarding program, and partner with local teams to ensure content is engaging and role-specific.

This role requires 6+ years in customer support or enablement, SaaS experience, and proven skills in live facilitation, program design, and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer support, enablement, or training with onboarding ownership.
• SaaS industry experience required.
• Proven ability to lead live in-person facilitation.
• Strategic thinker with data-informed program building.
• Experience with enablement tools and learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding strategy, execution, and measurement for new support hires.
• Facilitate in-person onboarding experiences, ensuring engagement and relevance.
• Maintain onboarding docs, checklists, and training resources.
• Design onboarding certification processes and track ramp milestones.
• Collaborate with GTM Support Enablement Manager to identify needs via CSAT/QA metrics.
• Develop ongoing training initiatives across tools, workflows, and customer experience.
• Create feedback loops and reporting to ensure program effectiveness.
• Build scalable learning paths for new hires and tenured agents.
