You will handle incidents, manage tickets, and ensure smooth operation across workstations, servers, and networks in a hybrid Day Shift environment at Eastwood.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in IT support or application support, knowledge of cloud-based software, and strong written and verbal communication to draft helpful guides and support articles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as IT Support Analyst or Application Support.
• Experience with cloud-based software solutions.
• Ability to create support articles and step-by-step guides.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and clear communication skills.
