Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Technical Enablement, Documentation, Support, or Solutions roles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead customer discussions.
• Experience with SaaS integrations and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Build structured product documentation aligned with product releases.
• Create enablement assets like quick reference guides and interactive demos.
• Deliver lightweight training sessions and support-driven enablement improvements.
