Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Technical Content Delivery Manager to govern LMS assets across the global Solutions Engineering organization. You will design content hierarchies aligned with Verkada’s product matrix and collaborate with IT/Data teams to optimize AI tagging and semantic search, ensuring rapid access to technical proof points for customer engagements.

You will own LMS data architecture, analytics, and a strict content lifecycle, while managing feedback mechanisms and governance across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Enablement, Content Management, or Content Architecture in enterprise SaaS/IoT/hardware.
• Strong cloud networking and IT infra knowledge for subject matter categorization.
• Experience administering enterprise content repositories or LMS platforms (HighSpot preferred).
• Experience collaborating with IT/Data/Engineering for AI analytics and semantic search optimization.
• Ability to build data schemas, classification frameworks, and visual hierarchies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the HighSpot LMS as the global SE organization's single source of truth.
• Structure, tag, and deliver content across onboarding, continuous education, and just-in-time learning.
• Collaborate with IT/Data to implement AI tagging and semantic search configurations.
• Own analytics dashboards tracking content usage, search behavior, and asset performance.
• Establish a deprecation workflow to remove outdated assets and implement feedback loops.
• Lead real-time validation and closed-loop content updates for accuracy.
