Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Content Inspector to identify, structure, write, and optimize content for multiple platforms. The role partners with various teams to review content quality, ensure alignment with objectives, and support knowledge bases, chatbots, and training materials.

The incumbent will collaborate on discovery sessions, SME consultations, planning small projects, and delivering high-quality learning content across channels, including storyboards, decks, and knowledge checks.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with teammates to facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Define objectives through stakeholder interviews and SME consultations.
• Plan learning experiences and create content tailored to audience needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different team members across the organization in activities such as discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, SME consultations, project syncs, etc.
• Interview stakeholders and/or other team members to define outcomes to be targeted.
• Scope and plan small-scale projects with tasks, timelines and resources.
• Lead small-scale projects ensuring timely progress and high quality of work.
• Track progress and raise issues, risks and needs for help when necessary.
• Identify objectives and align content accordingly using stakeholder interviews, SME consultations, and online research.
• Write content for storyboards, decks, knowledge checks, articles, scripts, and newsletters for various platforms.
• Optimize content for KB platforms, chatbots and similar technologies.
• Review content for quality, alignment with objectives, and readability across audiences.
• Edit material and summarize findings, delivering actionable feedback to writers and developers.
