Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Senior Instructional Design Coordinator to lead learning content development for complex programs. You will partner with stakeholders to design scalable, high-quality solutions across global teams.

You will develop e-learning, videos, job aids, and assessments, ensuring accessibility and localization. The role requires advanced Storyline/Rise skills, LMS administration, and project leadership to deliver on-time, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in instructional design, IT, or related field.
Advanced knowledge of training solution design, instructional design methodologies, curriculum development, learning technologies, and training evaluation.
Ability to author copy, instructional text, audio/scripts, and assessments.
Experience administering and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience leading training needs analysis, curriculum design, instructional design, and evaluation projects.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
Develop e-learning, videos, job aids, learning journeys, assessments, and blended solutions.
Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, SMEs to gather requirements and create effective learning solutions.
Create localization-ready content for global audiences and improve efficiency and consistency.
Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and multimedia assets aligned with objectives.
Publish and update content within LMS and related platforms.
Ensure quality, accessibility, localization, and timely delivery of deliverables.
