Verkada is seeking a Demo Enablement Architect to lead narrative strategy and develop compelling demo workflows for the global Solutions Engineering team. You will partner with Product Management to convert feature updates into customer-focused demonstrations and integrate AI-enabled practice platforms for scalable coaching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Enablement within enterprise SaaS, IoT, hardware, or networking.
• Expertise in demo methodology, customer discovery, enterprise storytelling, and technical objection handling.
• Track record of converting product roadmaps into scalable demo content and narrative guides.
• Experience analyzing pitch quality and coaching technical revenue roles.
• Familiarity with AI coaching platforms or conversation intelligence tools; ability to work with IT teams on enablement tech.
• Strong cross-functional leadership bridging hardware/software infra teams with customer-facing reps.

Responsibilities

• Demo Strategy & Content Creation: design and launch new demo workflows aligned with updates and NPIs.
• Infrastructure Collaboration: coordinate with the Demo Enablement Infrastructure Architect on lab setups.
• Methodology & Delivery Training: enable SEs with end-to-end demo execution and storytelling.
• Demo Analysis & One-on-One Coaching: review demos and provide targeted coaching on performance.
• AI Tooling & Analytics Integration: work with IT to deploy AI-driven practice platforms and scoring.
• Performance Analysis & Feedback Loop: use AI to improve scripts and coach teams on deviations.
