Job summary

Samsara is seeking a senior knowledge management/technical writing professional to manage content operations within a global support context. You will collaborate with SMEs to craft AI-augmented content and maintain knowledge assets using cutting-edge KM technologies, including AI and related tools.

You will drive cross-functional projects, report on KPIs, and help scale a knowledge framework in a hyper-growth environment, while leveraging Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Zendesk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience demonstrating expertise in knowledge management, or technical documentation.
• 6+ years of knowledge management/technical writing/technical content development experience, including creating, capturing, structuring, and maintaining knowledge.
• Experience with knowledge management and ticketing systems.
• Experience in preparing AI-optimized content and building AI models for generating content.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and embracing change with ease.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the content operations roadmap and contribute to the completion of projects within the roadmap.
• Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain knowledge development processes and standards.
• Support various knowledge development projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful execution.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on KPIs to evaluate knowledge effectiveness and sharing insights with the organization.
• Participate in identifying and implementing improvements in knowledge processes and technology.
