Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Continuous Enablement Architect to lead post-onboarding technical mastery and field readiness for our global Sales Engineering org. You will bridge Product Management and the field, designing rigorous certifications and maintaining hands-on lab environments for Verkada’s platform.

The role emphasizes multi-tiered certification programs, ongoing technical learning, and scalable content strategy. HQ-based, on-site, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering or Technical Enablement in enterprise SaaS, IoT, hardware, or networking.
• Proven cross-functional enablement pipelines with Product Management and Engineering for NPI rollout.
• Experience designing and managing hardware/software labs, testbeds, or enterprise demo environments.
• Experience building structured technical certification curricula and evaluation rubrics.
• Strong foundation in cloud networking, IoT, physical security systems, REST APIs, and IT infra.
• Excellent communication to translate technical specs into field-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PM/Marketing/Engineering to translate roadmaps into field messaging, guides, and demos.
• Design, implement, and govern multi-tiered certification programs for the global SE team.
• Develop hands-on exams, live troubleshooting scenarios, and assessments.
• Create ongoing enablement initiatives and advanced skill refresher programs.
• Establish metrics to track certification scores, demo performance, and win rates.
• Report field readiness gaps and program ROI to leadership.
• Serve as VoC for field feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Collaborate on a single-source content repository for enablement assets.
