Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in managing, leading, and inspiring a team of engineers.
• 10+ years of work experience in software engineering with leadership in scalable systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to close gaps between process and tools.
• Proficient in agile team software development and project management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Experience with Python or Go and backend development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and set up technical vision to raise reliability, scalability, and availability of global infrastructure.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with orders, supply chain, finance and GTM teams to drive initiatives and deliver high quality.
• Mentor engineers on architecture choices and manage latency tradeoffs through reviews.
• Collaborate across organizations to build future roadmap aligned with evolving business processes.
• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and leadership to grow the team.
