Job summary

SM Development Corporation seeks a Document Controller for Technical Due Diligence (TDD) to manage all TDD activities under the Engineering Design Manager. You will coordinate with SMDC departments, prepare and archive all TDD documentation, and issue COCs to third-party consultants.

The role requires a BS Engineering or related degree, 3+ years as a DC, and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills to support the TDD team’s timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or related degree; PRC license preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years as Document Controller in consultancy, construction, or technical firm; total 5+ years work experience.
• Board examination passer with valid PRC license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare letters and correspondence for SMDC stakeholders and third-party consultants for TDD works.
• Fully coordinate with SMDC departments and other stakeholders involved in TDD works.
• Prepare TOR for TDD and related works, including presentations.
• Monitor TDD engagements and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Report to Design Managers leading the TDD team.
