Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Service Support Specialist (B2B AU Telco) based in BGC, Taguig City. This onsite day-shift role supports sales and partners with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.

You will bridge sales, customers, and departments, handling inquiries, escalations, and billing-related concerns while contributing to ongoing service improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of technology and telecommunication products, services, and processes.
• Strong attention to details, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service and complaint resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams by actioning service requests on behalf of their customers; assist with escalations and basic technical support.
• Provide high level customer service and resolve inquiries and complaints across enterprise and product suite; investigate disputes and address experience issues.
• Identify trends, report issues, and contribute to process improvements and revenue protection.
