Qualifications

• 2–3 years relevant work experience in a telco with customer management exposure.
• Deep Telco Fixed products knowledge (data & voice: Fixed, PSTN, 5G FWA).
• Proven service delivery experience including adds, changes, relocations, terminations.
• Strong time management and change management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills across channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of IPND compliance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely work completion of customer orders and changes.
• Provide regular updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage multiple orders with varying complexity and timelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and escalate bottlenecks.
• Maintain attention to detail on contracts, pricing, and product specs.
