Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring for a Procurement/Operations Support role that assists the technical team in sourcing products from UK-based suppliers and manages day-to-day tasks.

You will interact with suppliers by phone and email, perform engineering-related calculations, and input data into internal systems and Excel sheets. A proactive, flexible mindset with good English is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience
• With customer service type skills and pump related
• Happy, good on the phone, great at multi-tasking and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Use internal systems such as Hubspot (no experience required).
• Talk with suppliers over the phone / emails for pricing from part numbers.
• Perform engineering calculations (friction loss, pipe velocity, densities) with full training.
• Input and verify data across Excel spreadsheets (e.g., add items to OrderWise).
• Communicate with UK-based and overseas suppliers via email/phone.
• Assist other team members and departments with technical queries.
• Assist with specifying pumps from details (flow, head, pipe details).
• Role is varied; flexible and proactive approach required.
• Sign NDA before system access.
