Job summary

MicroSourcing, based in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Procurement Assistant for a dayshift work-from-home setup. The role involves purchasing from local and overseas suppliers, maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, handling customer invoicing, and daily min/max order maintenance.

Office presence is required one day per month, with occasional in-office needs at 1880 Bldg. Eastwood.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and Teams.
• ERP Pronto experience is a plus but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail under pressure.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing from local and overseas suppliers.
• Building and maintaining supplier relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Duties for this role will include but not limited to:
• Purchasing from local and overseas suppliers
• Building & maintaining supplier relationships
• Negotiating pricing with suppliers
• Customer invoicing
• Maintaining min / max orders on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Microsoft office experience in excel and teams
• ERP Pronto Experience – not essential
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to keep detailed focus under pressure and multitask effectively
