Job summary

Beyond is hiring a Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment Team in Manila. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, search for IT talent on multiple platforms, and send personalized messages to attract great engineers for our IT consulting projects.

You will build and grow talent pools for AI, Data, Platform Engineers and non-delivery roles, keep records up to date, and share weekly pipeline updates and monthly market insights. Hybrid work in office 2–3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, IT or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Curious about technology, especially cloud, data and DevOps.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable with daily targets.
• Good with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Search for IT talent on LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Kalibrr, GitHub and tech communities.
• Write personalised messages to candidates and follow up.
• Check candidate's interest, availability, salary expectation and notice period.
• Upload qualified profiles to our ATS and tag the assigned recruiter for review.
• Build and grow talent pools for AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Platform Engineers and non-delivery positions.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date.
• Share a weekly pipeline update and monthly insights on the IT talent market.
