Qualifications

HR On Demand (HROD) is a Texas-based, full-service HR partner helping global companies build and grow their U.S. operations. We recruit for clients in hardware, robotics, AI, manufacturing, and supply chain, and we’re growing our sourcing team.

The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to find top candidates for U.S.-based roles. Our searches go well beyond IT, into engineering, manufacturing, operations, and logistics. You’ll work closely with our U.S. recruiters to build strong pipelines for technical and specialized positions.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter using advanced Boolean searches and filters
• Build pipelines for roles in hardware, robotics, AI, manufacturing, supply chain, and related fields
• Screen profiles against job requirements and share qualified candidates with recruiters
• Research target companies and talent markets to support hard-to-fill searches

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience

6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Manila time (PHT), Monday to Friday

Fully remote. This role is open only to candidates based in the Philippines
