Job summary

Beyond is hiring a Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment Team and help identify engineers for IT consulting projects. You will be the first contact for candidates, search talent, reach out, and line up qualified profiles for recruiters each day.

You'll build talent pools for AI, Data, Platform Engineers and non-delivery roles, maintain accurate records, upload profiles to ATS, share weekly pipeline updates, and contribute to an inclusive, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, IT or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Curious about technology, especially cloud, data and DevOps.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable with daily targets.
• Good with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

• Search for IT talent on LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Kalibrr, GitHub and tech communities
• Write personalised messages to candidates and follow up
• Check each candidate's interest, availability, salary expectation and notice period
• Upload qualified profiles to our ATS and tag the assigned recruiter for review

• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date
