Job summary

Beyond is seeking a Talent Sourcer in the Philippines to proactively identify IT engineers for our growing IT consulting projects. You will be the first point of contact, search across LinkedIn, job boards, and tech communities, and schedule qualified candidates for our recruiters.

You will build talent pools for AI, Data, and Platform engineers, support weekly pipeline updates, and help maintain accurate candidate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, IT or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Curious about technology, especially cloud, data and DevOps.
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable with daily targets.
• Good with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Nice to have: Internship or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing or customer-facing work.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Search for IT talent on LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Kalibrr, GitHub and tech communities.
• Write personalised messages to candidates and follow up.
• Check candidate's interest, availability, salary expectation and notice period.
• Upload qualified profiles to our ATS and tag the assigned recruiter for review.
• Build and grow talent pools for AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Platform Engineers and non-delivery positions.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date.
• Share a weekly pipeline update and monthly insights on the IT talent market.
