Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience sourcing for roles outside IT, such as engineering, hardware, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience supporting U.S. clients or recruiters.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter using advanced Boolean searches and filters.
• Build pipelines for roles in hardware, robotics, AI, manufacturing, supply chain, and related fields.
• Screen profiles against job requirements and share qualified candidates with recruiters.
• Research target companies and talent markets to support hard-to-fill searches.
