Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a recruitment specialist in the Philippines to headhunt top IT, SaaS, and AI talent. You will build targeted lists, perform cold outreach, and drive qualified submissions while maintaining an accurate CRM and candidate records.

The role requires 3+ years of headhunting experience, a proven ability to meet KPIs, and comfort in speaking with senior professionals. It offers a Work From Home setup with competitive pay and annual appraisal.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of recruitment headhunting experience.
• Must have experience recruiting in IT, SaaS, and AI.
• Evidence of successfully headhunting passive candidates outside job boards.
• Confidence making cold calls and approaching senior professionals.
• Experience working to targets and KPIs.
• Disciplined use of an ATS or recruitment CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted lists of passive candidates.
• Cold-call candidates, including through company switchboards.
• Sell opportunities and confidently handle objections.
• Question candidates properly and assess them against the brief.
• Submit relevant, qualified people—not simply forward CVs.
• Produce accurate candidate summaries and maintain excellent CRM records.
• Deliver against targets for candidate conversations, qualified submissions and interviews.
