Job summary

Private Advertiser is a Tokyo-based recruitment firm seeking a Recruiter to support IT, technology, fintech, insurtech and financial services searches. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines, offering exposure to international clients and markets.

You will source, headhunt and engage candidates, build pipelines and map markets while collaborating with the Technology Desk Lead Consultant to meet recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• IT, technology, financial services or specialist recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct proactive headhunting and candidate outreach.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research.
• Screen candidates and understand their experience and career goals.
• Maintain strong candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely follow-up.
• Work closely with the Technology Desk Lead Consultant on active searches.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.
• Deliver against agreed recruitment targets.
