Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or technical hiring.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
• Experience placing technical roles with a good understanding of the candidate market.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and shortlisting processes.
• Write and post compelling and accurate job advertisements.
