You will conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and utilize the ATS to ensure timely hiring. Strong English, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Conducts virtual and face-to-face interviews.
• Targets low, mid, and high level applicants for various positions and skills.
• Ensure the recruitment process lifecycle is completed quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor candidate pipelines across sourcing channels and maintain ATS data.
• Coach recruiters and stay updated on sourcing techniques.
