Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking an IT recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers and onboarding to ensure smooth hires.

You will build a strong pipeline via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and proactive sourcing, partner with hiring managers to define profiles, and maintain timely communication and ATS records to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and proactive talent sourcing.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and provide market insights and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, managing interview logistics, and keeping accurate recruitment records and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
