Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a proactive recruitment professional in the Philippines to manage the full cycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and build a strong IT talent pipeline, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and precise ATS reporting.

Collaborate with hiring managers to translate requirements into search criteria, and deliver timely updates to stakeholders across the business.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, candidate profiles, and provide market insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely updates, interview logistics, and ATS records.
