Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or IT preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand client portfolio.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, networking and referrals.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for roles.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary trends, and hiring conditions.
• Manage recruitment pipeline and work towards individual and team targets.
• Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring journey.
