Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a senior leader for the Business Support department. You will direct teams across IT, InfoSec, Data/AI, and Enterprise Systems, shaping performance to align with company goals.

You will own the technology, data, and security roadmap, drive AI-enabled initiatives, manage CRM and vendor contracts, and partner with executives to translate strategy into measurable improvements while upholding privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a direct team and collaborating across functions.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/business software platforms; HubSpot is required.
• Ability to read and act on operational data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Business Support department (IT, InfoSec, Data/AI, Enterprise Systems).
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Oversee IT software stack, licensing, patches, and vendor uptime; escalate complex issues.
• Identify, pilot, and roll out AI tools with ROI tracking and privacy/security compliance.
• Manage CRM implementation and vendor contracts; evaluate new systems.
