Qualifications

• Hands-on Linux-based, self-hosted web infra design and operation.
• Deep IAM, SSO/IAM, hardware key integration, security architecture.
• IaC and automation using Terraform or equivalent, API provisioning, CI/CD basics.
• Monitoring/backup/DR experience with Zabbix or similar.
• Windows endpoint management including Intune/MDM and patching.
• Remote delivery experience and team leadership with strong English.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale production-grade self-hosted web infrastructure using virtualization and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Design clustering, failover, and load balancing with on-premise or European hosting providers (non-hyperscalers).
• Drive automation across environments with Terraform and API-driven provisioning.
• Own identity layer design, tying endpoint logins and SSO.
• Design and implement robust backup architectures and DR plans with measurable SLAs.
• Lead Swiss client communications, presenting milestones and status proactively.
