Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in product management or product development.
- Experience in Agile environments managing digital products.
- Background in insurance, consulting, outsourcing, fintech, or related industries is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with AI-powered products, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance for digital and AI-enabled products.
- Gather customer insights and market trends to define innovative product solutions.
- Lead end-to-end product development using Agile methodologies.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to deliver high-impact products.
- Drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth through data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
