Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Specialist to lead data analysis, reporting, and process optimization across operations. You will develop dashboards, manage reporting calendars, and drive improvements.

You will analyze workforce data, forecast staffing, and implement automation using Power BI, Power Automate, and related tools, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics or related field.
• Experience in business reporting, workforce management, process automation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• 3+ years in process improvement or service management.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting platforms.
• Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs, trends, and operational metrics to support business decision-making.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurring reports and manage reporting calendars.
• Perform quality checks and data reconciliation to maintain reporting integrity.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline reporting processes.
• Analyze workforce data to optimize staffing levels and scheduling.
• Forecast staffing requirements based on workload trends.
• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map processes and develop scalable automation.
• Monitor and enhance automation solutions for reliability and value delivery.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma or other methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
