Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Director of Business Analysis and drive AI-enabled capabilities across Global Operations. You will leverage expertise in business analysis, process redesign, digital transformation, and change enablement to help teams adopt intelligent workflows that boost efficiency and decision quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5–7 years in business analysis or digital operations.
Experience mapping end-to-end processes.
Proven ability redesigning for agentic/AI automation.
Experience with AI/automation tools (low-code, RPA, process mining).
Familiarity with generative AI tools in daily work (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
Awareness of BusinessOptix or Signavio for process mapping.

Responsibilities

Translate complex needs into actionable technical requirements for AI-enabled workflows.
Lead end-to-end process mapping and improvement initiatives.
Design workflows for seamless human–AI collaboration with transparency and compliance.
Support AI adoption and change management via stakeholder engagement and training.
Define and track metrics to validate automation impact and efficiency gains.
Explore new AI capabilities to identify high-value workflow opportunities.
