Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic customer support addressing needs and concerns.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for devices, apps, and installations.
• Educate customers on support options and steps taken to resolve issues.
• Aim for first call resolution with confidentiality and clear expectations.
• Manage and troubleshoot PCs, Macs, smartphones, and tablets.
• Navigate internet resources, manage emails and online security.
