Job summary

GAINSTRONG TALENT SOLUTIONS CORP. is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our Retail Account in the Philippines. Freshers and those with BPO experience are welcome to apply.

You will handle inquiries, process orders, provide product information, and strive for high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Onsite work with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School (K-12) graduate.
• Open to applicants with no BPO experience.
• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of BPO/Contact Center experience are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding products, orders, payments, and services.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, exchanges, and account-related concerns.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
