You will respond via phone, email, chat and other channels; document interactions in the support system; diagnose issues; and escalate complex cases when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer service experience in call center or similar environment.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to undergo training.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
• Document interactions in the support ticketing system accurately.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions for QA.
• Follow established protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.
