Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Willingness to undergo training on company systems and processes.
• Familiarity with software applications.
• Experience with remote desktop tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other channels with professionalism.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the support ticketing system.
• Diagnose issues and provide step-by-step resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams when needed.
• Maintain records of interactions and resolutions for QA.
• Follow established protocols for consistent service delivery.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues.
• Meet performance targets for response times, resolution rates, and CSAT.
