Job summary

Bluehost in Cebu City seeks an experienced customer service and technical support specialist to handle inbound calls for sales, retention, and troubleshooting, with outbound follow-up during scheduled hours. The role emphasizes delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving targets in productivity, quality, and revenue.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in BPO customer service/tech support, plus 1 year in sales (upselling/cross-selling).

Qualifications

1+ year experience in Customer Service and Technical Support in a BPO setting.
1+ year sales experience, including cross-selling/upselling in a customer support or BPO environment.
Web hosting knowledge is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of PuTTY commands is a plus.
Familiarity with the Pega tool is a plus.
Willing to work permanent graveyard shift and on-site.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls for sales, retention, troubleshooting, cancellations and outbound follow-up calls during scheduled hours.
Achieve productivity, quality, sales and revenue targets, FCR, SLA adherence, and call quality.
Configure and troubleshoot web/email related errors with domain names and associated products.
Provide recommendations tailored to customers’ needs as resolutions.
Use proprietary databases, web, and telephony tools; report faults to helpdesk or supervisors.
Discuss call monitoring feedback with supervisor to improve performance.
