The role requires strong English communication, a calm, professional demeanor, and willingness to work in shifts. Training and development opportunities are offered within a growing multinational team.

Qualifications

• At least 2nd year college or graduate of any 2-year course.
• At least 6 months sales/customer service experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Website Development, Webhosting and Wordpress is an advantage.
• Content Management System is an advantage.
• Basic email knowledge and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Excellent English Communication Skills.
