Job summary

IONOS Philippines, based in Cebu, is seeking a Technical Support Representative to help creators and local businesses optimize their online presence through hosting, Wordpress, and CMS-related support.

The role requires at least 2nd year college or equivalent, some sales/customer service experience, and strong English communication. Shift work is expected in a multinational environment with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2nd year College Level or Graduate of any 2-year course.
• Sales/customer service experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Website Development, Webhosting and Wordpress is an advantage.
• Content Management System experience is an advantage.
• Basic email knowledge and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hosting, Wordpress, and CMS issues for customers.
• Provide proactive support and assist customers with sales inquiries.
• Maintain professionalism and calm under pressure.
• Assist customers with website development and hosting configurations.
