Job summary

Shore360 in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Administrator to handle customer orders, purchase orders and account administration on-site during dayshift. You will coordinate with production, sales and customer service to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or sales support, proficiency with Excel and ERP systems, and keen attention to detail. Shore360 offers Day 1 HMO, attendance bonuses, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing, or a similar role.
• Experience managing customer orders, purchase orders, and account administration.
• Experience coordinating with customers and internal teams such as production, sales, and customer service.
• Experience handling pricing, invoicing, or account-related administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and monitor open customer orders and purchase orders.
• Follow up with production regarding order status, quantities, and short shipments.
• Advise customers on order due dates, ETAs, and ETDs.
• Coordinate order due date changes, cancellations, and customer requests.
• Transfer customer POs to the Customer Orders team for processing.
• Follow up with customers regarding weekly and monthly PO submissions.
• Manage export customer order processes, including pro-formas, payments, sales order releases, and quantity revisions.
