Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Learning & Development Content Designer to create learning experiences for our global sales teams and develop external learning media for customers.

You will work with Monetization Product, Product Education and Business Learning & Development teams, apply instructional design principles, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers to publish multimedia content for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of content and L&D experience, ideally in startup/high-growth tech.
• Ability to drive results and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with LMS environments and e-learning authoring tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences for global sales teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, UX to publish multimedia content.
• Establish quality monitoring for educational materials.
• Identify low-quality content trends via data and observation.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining high standards.
