Job summary

TaskUs, a global BPO, seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to architect training solutions for leading tech clients. You’ll translate client needs into effective learning strategies, develop content, and drive successful launches with a focus on measurable outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with SMEs, design SMART objectives, create slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, and assessments, and mentor peers while delivering world-class service from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in education, learning theory, Instructional design, and/or related discipline or equivalent practical 10 yrs experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning using multiple media.
• Experience using Articulate to create training content.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with documentation, technical writing, and narrative scripting.
• Tolerance for ambiguity and change.
• Experience with e-learning authoring software; i.e. Articulate Storyline 360, Evolve, Google slides for course development.
• Strong QA/QC skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Subject Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development.
• Develop SMART Learning Objectives.
• Design and develop all training content (instructor slides, handbooks, scripts, storyboards, web-based training, decks, interactivity modules, quizzes, activities, etc.).
• Create assessments per the defined assessment strategy.
• Provide support to facilitate answer validation sessions, ensuring assessments are well-aligned and defensible.
• Review training content created by other team members.
• Peer to Peer mentorship and upskilling.
