Job description

1. Content Development:Design and create multimedia elements (graphics, animations, videos, audio) for various eLearning courses, microlearning modules, and training materials
2. Instructional Design Collaboration:Work with the Learning Design Manager and partner with subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into multimedia components that enhance learner engagement.
3. Interactive Learning Experiences:Develop interactive elements (e.g., quizzes, simulations, and scenario-based learning activities) that reinforce learning outcomes and provide feedback.
4. Video Production:Plan, script, record, edit, and produce videos that support instructional content and are aligned with brand standards and learning objectives.
5. Storyboarding and Scripting:Create storyboards and scripts to visualize content and ensure multimedia elements align with learning goals and instructional best practices.
6. Multimedia Management:Organize, catalog, and maintain a repository of multimedia assets, ensuring content is accessible, up-to-date, and reusable.
7. User Testing and Feedback:Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to continuously improve multimedia learning assets and optimize learner experience.
8. Technical Implementation:Support the technical deployment of multimedia content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.
9. Brand and Compliance Standards:Ensure all multimedia designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and copyright regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design or any related course
• 2+ years of experience in multimedia design, eLearning development, or related roles
• Proficiency in multimedia design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Create training content, maintain project documentation, version control and course folders
• Extracting data/content creation requests
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
