Job summary
TTEC is hiring a Media Design Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality digital learning media including video, animation, UI/UX assets, and AI-enabled solutions. This remote role in Manila collaborates with Learning Experience Designers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery of engaging learning experiences.
You will coach designers, manage resources, and drive media development standards while exploring innovative technologies to support client objectives
Qualifications
- Lead a team of media designers, developers, and creatives.
- Deliver high-quality digital learning media including video, animation, UI/UX assets.
- Collaborate with LXD, ID, PMs, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
- Ensure media deliverables meet branding, accessibility, and client standards.
- Coach and develop team members and improve media development processes.
- Apply AI-enabled learning solutions and innovative tech.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of media designers and creatives.
- Drive delivery of engaging digital learning experiences.
- Partner with designers, PMs, and stakeholders to craft learning solutions.
- Ensure quality, accessibility, and branding across media assets.
- Manage capacity, resources, and project priorities across engagements.
- Establish and improve media development standards and processes.
- Offer media expertise and innovative technology recommendations.
